Outpatient substance abuse treatment program for teens 13 - 17-years-old who have Medi-Cal insurance
or qualify as low income/uninsured. This three month program includes weekly groups, individual and
family groups.
The goals of the program are to help clients reduce substance abuse and related problems, as well as
enhance motivation to remain drug-free. Treatment addresses physical, psychological emotional and
social problems.
BACR uses evidence based treatments proven to be effective with substance abuse, such as MATRIX,
Seeking Safety, DBT, Family Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness.
They offer multiple levels of treatment that differ in frequency and intensity depending on the client's
needs.
Based on a comprehensive assessment, our participants collaborate to create an individualized treatment
plan with interventions that are customized to their needs and level of care.
